Product Manager
Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation, requirement gathering, design, development, and launch, to continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering, design, and QA teams.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, operations, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with ERP vendors, partners, and enterprise customers to ensure seamless integrations, reliable product performance, and excellent user experience.
- Manage billing, invoicing, collections, accounting, and reconciliation modules—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflow operations.
- Champion a customer-first mindset and bring fresh, innovative ideas to scale and expand the product portfolio.
Requirements
Total 5 years of overall relevant experience across product, technology, or operations roles.3–5 years of product experience, specifically working on B2B products.Prior hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, or financial workflow modules.Strong experience working with or integrating ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Business Central, Odoo, Tally, or QuickBooks.Experience managing enterprise integrations is required.Prior experience working with payment gateways and handling settlements / reconciliations is mandatory.Well-rounded exposure across UX / UI design, product thinking, and development processes.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail.Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a strong plus;we’re looking for individuals who are bold, hungry, and not afraid to take risks.
Experience working on Mobile Apps is preferred but not mandatory.
