Role Description

We’re hiring a Product Manager for SuprSend — someone who loves problem-solving, learning fast, and working in-depth on a deeply technical product.

This is a high impact role. At SuprSend, product is the backbone of everything we do — and what you build will directly impact revenue, growth, and customer success.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and design team to think about what we build next, ensure we ship high-quality, thoughtful features, and experiment with AI capabilities that redefine the industry.

It’s fast, it’s challenging, and it’s fun — because the problems are real, the pace is high, and the learning curve is steep.

What You'll do

Ownership & Collaboration

• Own outcomes, not tasks : take a problem from discovery → spec → delivery → adoption, coordinating across engineering, support, success, marketing, and third-party platforms—whatever it takes to ship.
• Keep a tight execution rhythm, unblock teams, and hit timelines with quality and high agency.
