Beauty Advisor Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beauty Advisor (BA) Supervisor to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is pivotal in supporting and leading our expanding BA team across various locations. If you have a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a knack for driving sales and team success, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities :

• Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements.
• Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
• Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
• Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
• Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
• Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
