Key Responsibilities

• Role Definition : Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define roles and translate them into targeted job descriptions.
• Candidate Sourcing : Spend the majority of your time building pipelines using advanced and creative sourcing techniques.
• AI-Driven Recruitment : Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, candidate review, and communication.
• Assessment Creation : Independently design and manage role-specific assessments using platforms like TestGorilla or similar tools.
• Assessment Analysis : Monitor performance of assessments, identify drop-offs or mismatches, and suggest changes to improve hiring accuracy.
• Hiring Retrospectives : Introspect on hiring outcomes—what worked, what didn’t—and continuously adapt the hiring playbook.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct first-round interviews and represent Wednesday’s values, mission, and culture authentically.
• Process Optimization : Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements that scale with the company.
• Hiring Calendar : Build and maintain a recruitment calendar aligned with team needs and company goals.
• Reporting & Metrics : Track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
