This role involves overseeing lead generation, tracking, reporting, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth digital and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, databases, and digital infrastructure.
• Develop and implement workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report lead performance and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams for data-driven decision-making.
