Handle entire IT systems, workflow automation, social media planning, leads generation, leads tracking, and reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s complete IT systems, automating workflows, and driving digital growth through strategic planning and execution. This role involves overseeing lead generation, tracking, reporting, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth digital and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, databases, and digital infrastructure.
Develop and implement workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Set up, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
Track, analyze, and report lead performance and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams for data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for performance review and strategy planning.
Ensure seamless coordination and planning across departments for project execution.

Skills Required :

Strong planning and coordination skills.

Hands-on experience in CRM tools, automation software, and analytics platforms.

Knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
