Lead and manage end-to-end full-stack software maintenance and support project
Work closely with developers, UX / UI, QA, and DevOps to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Create detailed milestones, sprint plans, and resource allocations using Agile methodology.
Track project progress and report key metrics such as velocity, burn-down / burn-up charts, and delivery milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear and frequent communication with clients.
Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Coordinate technical discussions and decision-making related to system architecture, APIs, databases, and deployment strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and project delivery processes
Liasion with client shared services teams and ensure all dependencies are addressed on time.
