Business Development Representative (Remote | US Hours 6 PM – 3 AM IST)
We are looking for a
well-spoken, extroverted, and highly driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing global sales team.
In this calling-driven role, you’ll engage directly with YC-backed founders, MBB consultants, and senior decision-makers across the USA, UK, and Europe.

You’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building relationships that fuel our international growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails to senior executives and startup founders.
Confidently pitch and explain our staffing and advertising solutions.
Build instant rapport, hold intelligent conversations, and handle objections effectively.
Qualify prospects (fit, budget, timeline) before scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Maintain consistent outreach and update all activity in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with sales leaders to refine messaging and outreach effectiveness.
Who We’re Looking For
Don’t necessarily need to have past sales experience
— what matters most is your communication, energy, and ability to learn fast.
well-spoken, extroverted, and hardcore go-getter
who enjoys talking to people and building connections.
Fluent, 10 / 10 English
— confident and articulate with global professionals.
1–2 years of any professional experience
preferred (not necessarily in sales or BD).
Foreign-educated candidates are preferred.
Comfortable working
US hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST)
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.
Training & Growth

designed by senior sales leaders to master prospecting, pitching, and outbound outreach.
A strong performer can progress quickly from
BDR → Account Executive → Account Manager.
