Job descriptionSAP FICO & Group Reporting Implementation : Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules and the Group Reporting module in S / 4HANA. Consolidation & Reporting : Manage the consolidation of financial data, configuring reporting rules, hierarchies, and breakdowns to meet corporate requirements. Data Management : Oversee data loading, master data management, and the execution of intercompany matching and reconciliations. Process Improvement : Analyze and improve financial processes within the SAP FICO and Group Reporting domains. Testing & Support : Develop and execute test cases, provide end-user training, and offer ongoing production support for SAP solutions. Collaboration : Work closely with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver integrated, end-to-end reporting solutions. Documentation : Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience : A minimum of 5+ years in SAP Group Reporting and FICO, with a strong preference for S / 4HANA experience.
- Technical Skills : Hands-on experience in designing and configuring Group Reporting business scenarios, data validations, and currency translations.
- Functional Knowledge : Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, controlling processes, and group consolidation requirements.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tool Proficiency : Experience with Analysis for Office (AfO) for reporting and tools like the data monitor and GRDC for data transfer.
