Job Summary :

Zensar is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Group Reporting Consultant with 6-8 years of hands-on, techno-functional experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of complex Group Consolidation solutions for both SAP and non-SAP entities. This role requires deep expertise in core financial consolidation functionalities such as Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations, and Currency Translations, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial statements that comply with IFRS and GAAP standards. The consultant will be critical in optimizing existing implementations and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Group Reporting, including the design of the Group Chart of Accounts, consolidation hierarchies, and reporting dimensions.
• Implement and configure complex consolidation rules and methods for Intercompany Eliminations and multi-level allocations.
• Design and execute robust Currency Translation processes for multi-currency entities in accordance with both statutory and management reporting requirements.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion processes to integrate data from both SAP and non-SAP source systems into Group Reporting, utilizing tools such as the SAP Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) app, APIs, or file-based imports.
• Take full ownership of SAP FICO deliverables, including the creation of detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and collaborating with the technical team on custom object development and enhancements.
• Provide expert-level support for financial close processes, including troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of application errors using tools and logs.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current implementations, suggesting enhancements to leverage advanced Group Reporting functionality, and providing expert guidance and best practices to end-users.
• Lead and mentor small-sized teams of SAP consultants, overseeing task prioritization, effort estimation, and quality assurance for project deliverables.
