Role Description

• We are seeking a proactive Engineering Transformation Coordinator to support strategic engineering transformation initiatives across DWS India. The role will coordinate transformation workstreams, drive agile execution routines, support capability uplift programs, and ensure effective communication with global and local stakeholders.
• A key part of this role includes supporting the hiring process to help raise the engineering talent bar across the organisation. Strong Excel capabilities including writing VBA macros are essential ; Python pandas knowledge is an added advantage.
