Role Description

.She coordinates all the steps in a flowchart to get work done in a

specific timeline. Her main tasks is to provide all the relevant

information with everyone in the workflow

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders

Maintaining confidentiality of the office and MD’s data.

Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point).

Candidate

Requirements :

Excellent oral & written communication and inter-personal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Punctual to deliver the tasks on time specified

Result-oriented person

Ability of rigorous follow-up.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Always available on calls.

Education and

Experience

Bachelor / master’s degree from accredited university or college (non-

technical background required)

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in any Industry
