• Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio's Recharges
• Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
• Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
• Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
• Ensure a delightful customer experience
• Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
• Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
• Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering

Education Requirement : 10th / 10 2 (Preferred)

Experience Requirement : Fresher
