Job description

Note : This is for Weekday's internal team.

Training period (6 month) – ₹20,000 / month (₹15,000 fixed + ₹5,000 performance bonus)

Post-training (Post 6th month) – ₹4–6 LPA based on performance

Location :  Remote / Work from Home (India)

Type :  Full-Time | 6-day work week | 10 AM – 7 PM

Eligibility : Only for 2025 graduates – currently enrolled college students will not be considered

Role Overview

As a Sales Trainee at Weekday AI, you’ll be an essential member of the sales team from day one. You won’t just observe—you’ll actively engage with customers, delivering exceptional service while sharpening your sales expertise. Through comprehensive hands-on training, you’ll master dynamic sales techniques and contribute meaningfully to sales operations and management activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the sales industry, develop valuable skills, and make a tangible impact on our company’s growth.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and emails to introduce our services and spark their interest.
  • Understand client business needs to qualify leads and match them with our solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations with key decision-makers to showcase the value we offer.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually enhance conversion rates and sales effectiveness.
  • Take full ownership of sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth through diligent follow-up and relationship management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresh 2025 graduates ready to commit full-time (currently enrolled students, please do not apply)
  • Proven ability to  sell anything given to you  – you thrive on closing deals.
  • 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a remote setup.
