RemoteEngine is a fast-growing global HR-tech and compliance company enabling businesses to expand internationally through our Employer of Record (EOR) platform. We simplify global hiring, payroll, compliance, and talent management so companies can build borderless teams effortlessly.

About Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive (Global Markets) to drive growth by selling our EOR platform to enterprises, fast-scaling startups, and established companies in regions including the US, UK, EU, and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS or HR-tech sales experience, expertise in cross-border business development, and the ability to communicate the value of EOR services to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end  sales cycle : prospecting, lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of global prospects across US, UK, EU, and Australia markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams for demand generation and strategic outreach.
  • Understand customer pain points related to  global hiring, payroll, compliance, and legal complexities .
  • Deliver consultative presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and forecasting.
  • Represent RemoteEngine at global HR / tech events and webinars.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years  of proven sales experience in SaaS, HR-tech, FinTech, or Global Workforce Solutions.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales with  mid-market and enterprise clients .
  • Exposure to  international markets (US, UK, EU, AU)  with cross-border deal experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a  fast-paced, remote-first environment .
  • Bonus if experienced with competitor solutions.
