Role : Senior  US Accounts Officer

Industry : KPO / US Accounting

Years of experience : - 4-6 years

Timings : 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 30 PM

Office Location : Ahmedabad

Position description : Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Vendor Bills Processing
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Finalization of accounts
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
• Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
• Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
• AR and Revenue Reconciliation, accounts payable
• Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
• Sales Tax calculation and filing
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions
• Review and preparation of financial statements
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage Intacct or any other ERP
