Job Purpose :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract, source, and hire top talent across engineering, project management, and technical roles aligned with our core sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, social media & industry networks
• Screening, interview & assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews & manage records
• Collaborate with teams for future hiring needs & talent pipeline
• Negotiate offers & ensure smooth onboarding
• Promote employer branding & build talent networks
• Manage payroll, compliances and
• Ensure end-to-end payroll compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), timely filings, and accurate salary processing in line with labour laws.
• Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies to manage inspections, resolve compliance issues, and maintain up-to-date licenses and registrations.
• Have Good communication skills
