Job descriptionProficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or SQL. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in building scalable web applications and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and usability.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
