Sales Trainer

We’re Hiring : Sales Trainer (Real Estate / Interior Design Industry Preferred)

Gurugram | ️ Full-Time, 6 Days

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can coach, upskill, and develop our sales team to drive high-quality customer conversations and better conversions.

Candidates from Real Estate , Interior Design , or similar consultative sales industries are highly preferred.

Responsibilities Conduct onboarding & ongoing sales training sessions

Improve sales pitch, objection handling & negotiation skills

Run mock calls, role-plays & performance coaching

Review and audit calls and provide structured feedback

Build SOPs, sales scripts, and training materials

Track training effectiveness & report performance insights

Requirements 3+ years of experience in Sales Training or Sales Coaching

Strong exposure to high-involvement consumer sales

Excellent communication, presentation & people skills

Familiarity with CRMs and sales funnels
