Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNIs / UHNIs, Retail Affluent, and Corporate clients .
- Prospect and onboard investment distributors / IFAs to expand product reach.
- Understand client needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment opportunities (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, alternative investments, fixed income, etc.).
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, client meetings, webinars, and investor events.
- Run end-to-end investment sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, documentation, closure, and post-investment servicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) for smooth execution.
- Use digital / social media and other channels to educate clients and build trust.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets (AUM growth, number of clients onboarded, distributor partnerships).
What We're Looking For
2 to 7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial product sales.Strong understanding of wealth / investment products and the ability to pitch complex solutions.Proven track record of working with HNI / UHNI clients and exposure to distributor / IFA engagement .Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong phone and in-person presence; ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech / startup environment.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience in fintech, wealth tech, or alternative investments will be an advantage.Skills Required
