Candidate Screening :

Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Relationship Building :

Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and professional associations to create a robust pipeline of OPT candidates.

Compliance :

Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations related to OPT employment. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.

Collaboration :

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on OPT hiring processes, and deliver high-quality candidates.

Metrics and Reporting :
