In this role we are looking someone who has end to end Recruitment experience right from designing, developing, sourcing, screening, and onboarding the candidates.

Responsibilities

• .Understand and translate SOWs from global hiring leaders
• .Ensure compliance with geo-specific regulations and mandatory checks
• .Act as liaison with global legal leads
• .Partner closely with HRSS to identify and bridge process gaps
• .Gradually deploy Workday in alignment with global standards
• .Engage regularly with global clients on legal, compliance, and operational aspects of recruitment
