QualityKiosk Technologies - Test Manager - Automation Testing

This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies.

The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases.

Job Description :

• The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.
• 12+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking(Corporate / Retail Internet Banking), Payments, Forex, WMS or Cash Management or Trade Finance, Loans, Lending, LOS, LMS-preferable banking projects.
• Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
• Analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous :

• Understanding of pre-sales, Estimation, SOW, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Defect Management, Quality Metrics, DSR,WSR,MSR, Stakeholder Management, Handling tough clients, Negotiation skills, Documenting evidence, Test Design, Quality Gates.
• Experience in developing test strategies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
