Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, HR OperationsIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class HR operations services across multiple processes. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution aligned with client SLAs and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver HR operations support including onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records in HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee queries via email, chat, or phone within defined SLA timelines.
- Ensure 100% adherence to compliance, data privacy, and internal audit standards.
- Support in HR process transitions, documentation updates, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Maintain reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Provide back-up support for team members during peak volumes or leaves.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BA / BBA preferred).Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Good years of experience in HRO or HR Shared Services environment.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.Familiarity with any HRIS platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).Prior experience in client-facing or global HRO roles.Exposure to compliance and audit requirements in HR operations.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
