Job Summary
Equalifi is seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and driving new business opportunities within the wealth management and alternative investments ecosystem. This role involves proactive outreach, follow-up on inbound inquiries, virtual product demonstrations, and effective collaboration with the wider sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach aligned with sales strategies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, turning interest into qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations tailored to client needs in wealth management and alternative assets.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions from Equalifi’s portfolio of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and client success teams to optimize sales funnel and customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Equalifi product updates to effectively position offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of inside sales or client-facing experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or fintech sectors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in CRM data management.Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools (e.G., Salesforce, Zoom, email marketing platforms).Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment.CTC :
