Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager at Namaste Health, located in Mumbai. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations and closing the leads by personal visits or telephonic, providing customer service, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Sales manager will also gather customer feedback and provide insights to the development team to improve the app's functionality and user experience.
About 70% of the work will involve travel to the client's office.
Out Station travel may also be needed
Qualifications
Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
Experience in corporate Sales is a MUST HAVE
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
MUST HAVE good knowledge of Microsoft excel
Experience
3-10 years in corporate sales
Must be able to Liasion with key people in the corporates - HR / COO / Admin
Must be Hard working and enthusiastic and energetic
Connects in corporates will be an added advantage
Salary : Fixed Salary between 30K - 40K based on experience plus incentive
Joining : Immediate or within 1 month
