Site Working- To be accountable of No. of Demos to be provided at Unique sites.,150 sites to be visited which should include 100 unique sites,
Should be responsible for Conversion definition : Minimum 15 Single order of min 20 bags / site or monthly purchase of 50 bags
Is accountable for New registrations of Painters / Contractors IHBs on BuildXpertUphaar app- Minimum- 25 per month
Site Services- Services in 60 unique sites or Service package in 50 unique sites per month
Including min 15 slab supervision (min 5 from converted sites and 10 from existing JK sites). For South 30 unique site services. Avg time response time of complaint / service request- 2 working day from time of complaint / service request receipt
Events- Is responsible for events -As per planning for the month, Max of (4 per SE or as per the event calendar)
Sales Performance- Is responsible for Premium Product Sale-As per the target and achievement of the business sales plan for the territory
