Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Specialist located in Mandi Dabwali. The Field Specialist will be responsible for conducting field visits, troubleshooting issues, providing customer service, and offering training to clients and team members. The role will also involve analyzing data and ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site
• Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience in providing Training to clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site
• Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
