Job Description

• Take ownership of the drafting function, overseeing workflows and ensuring operational excellence
• Oversee and manage incoming requests, ensuring timely triage, assignment, and resolution of client inquiries
• Manage and mentor the drafting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Contribute to initiatives to standardize, scale, and automate processes across the team
• Drive continuous improvements in data management and workflow optimization
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the drafting and operations function within Capital Raising and Client Relations.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong academic credentials and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• 5-7 years of experience in the Private Markets industry is required.
