Job Title : Front Office Team Leader

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Hospitality Industry, with IDS experience required.
Job Summary :
Azora by Ayatana, Goa, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Team Leader to manage the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and hands-on experience with the IDS system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the front office team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using the IDS system.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and hospitality skills.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle guest billing and payments, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.Proficiency with IDS software is a must.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and professionalism.A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Why Join Us
