Engineer - Technical Support

Charles Technologies is a dynamic startup based in Chennai, focused on building innovative mobile and web applications that elevate user experiences. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Puducherry to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

• 6 Months Contract Role
• Provide Technical support for our Mobile and Web Applications
• On site Support and Implementation of our product to customers
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems
• Monitor application performance on a regular basis
• Assist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoring
• Support Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.
