What your current role should be like :

• Manage Full Stack Development Teams : Oversee teams working on end-to-end development of scalable and secure consumer-facing applications, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
• Drive Engineering Best Practices : You’re actively involved in setting coding standards, establishing testing protocols, and optimizing CI / CD pipelines to enhance the productivity and output quality of the team.
• Product Lifecycle Participation : Experience in 0-1 product development with high transaction volumes and responsibility for technical design and feature development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Interface regularly with product, design, and analytics teams to align development efforts with strategic goals and customer / partner needs.
• Architectural Vision : Create and enforce an architectural vision for full-stack systems that support thousands of transactions per second.
• Tech Stack Proficiency : Strong expertise in technologies like Java, Angular, React, Next.js, and databases such as PostgreSQL to guide development practices and solve complex engineering challenges.
