Job Description : Real Estate Telecaller
The Real Estate Telecaller will handle outbound calls to qualified leads, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups to support the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and provide accurate project information.
- Attend inbound calls and address customer queries with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions.
- Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s professionalism and service standards.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.Professional grooming and presentation suitable for client-facing communication.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high call volumes.Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is an advantage.
