Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property options, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, residential sales, luxury sales, HNI sales, property sales, or related fields.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including current trends and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.Presentable and professional appearance.Own vehicle is mandatory.Skills Required
