US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. You will work night shifts aligned with US business hours, recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions with our US clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source IT professionals (Software Engineers, Developers, QA, BA, Data Engineers, etc.) for US-based clients
• Screen candidates on technical skills, visa status, and availability
• Understand job requirements, tech stacks, and client specifications
• Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and close candidates
• Manage submissions, interviews, and offer processes
• Work with vendors, consultants, and W2 / 1099 candidates
• Maintain relationships with bench consultants and candidates
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Handle visa sponsorships, transfers, and extensions (H1B, L1, OPT, GC, Citizens)
