KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent will collaborate with the UX designers and turn clickable prototypes / wireframes / etc into robust interactive applications through endpoint integration.
• Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs.
• Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.
• Install and configure server environments for React deployments.  Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Technical documentation – Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode.
• Work with FE engineers to generate and maintain code according to the agreed coding standard and best practices
• Device strategies, or innovative approaches that have significant impact on the application design.
• Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team – Conduct code reviews and enforce standards.
• Oversee development process compliance and CI activities.
