Role & Responsibilities

• Develop stunning, innovative visual ideas for advertising campaigns across all media platforms, aligning with brand strategies and campaign goals.
• Take ownership of campaign development from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring creative consistency and impact.
• Present creative concepts in a compelling and engaging manner to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Utilize design principles to create impactful packaging design, integrating target audience insights and business priorities.
• Champion the integration of AI technologies in the creative process, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
• Design captivating and effective social media and digital content, adapting ideas based on feedback from clients and agency teams.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality within fast-paced, short-turnaround timelines.
• Contribute to building and enhancing the agency’s creative reputation through bold, original design work.
• Create innovative designs and layouts for both print and digital media, reimagining briefs within cost and time constraints.
• Collaborate with a wide range of media, producing engaging designs and fresh concepts through strategic creative thinking.
• Work closely with senior team members to gain design approvals and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
