This is not just a marketing role. This is a Business Growth + Financial Strategy + Team Performance Leadership role.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Agency Growth (Internal)
✅ KPI : Agency revenue growth, ACV, vertical expansion, high-ticket retainers
2. Financial Planning & Profitability Control
✅ KPI : Gross profit %, Net profit %, CAC : Revenue, LTV : CAC, Client profitability
3. Full-Funnel Growth System (Clients + Agency)
✅ KPI : ROAS, CAC Reductions, LTV Increase, CVR Uplift, NRR (Net Revenue Retention)
4. Team KPI Ownership & Accountability
✅ KPI : KPI Hit Rate %, SLA adherence, Output quality, Velocity of execution
5. Cross-Department Alignment (Strategy → Execution)
✅ KPI : Time-to-execution, Cross-functional efficiency, Clarity of ownership
6. AI, Automation & Innovation
Infuse AI across media buying, creative, analytics, CRM, operations.
Build AI agents and automation workflows.
Develop proprietary systems and frameworks as competitive moat.
Drive continuous testing and innovation culture.

7. Client Strategy & Advisory
Act as strategic growth partner to founders and CMOs.
Lead quarterly business reviews with roadmap and ROI clarity.
Move clients from “execution retainers” to “strategic growth retainers.”
Increase client lifetime value and retention.

WHO YOU ARE (Ideal Profile)
✅ 5+ years in digital growth, performance marketing, or strategy
✅ Have scaled multiple brands or portfolio accounts
✅ Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
✅ Expert in funnels, paid growth, CRO, CRM, and AI-driven automation
✅ Exceptional strategist AND execution orchestrator
✅ Comfortable advising C-level founders
✅ Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
✅ Data-driven, commercially sharp, highly accountable
✅ Obsessed with performance, systems, and scale
