Company Description :

UpRise Labs Private Limited is a venture and innovation studio dedicated to accelerating the growth of AI-native, tech-first start-ups with global potential. We collaborate with ambitious companies and founders to co-build transformative solutions at the intersection of technology, automation, and real-world impact.

Role Description :

Work closely with the business development team to identify prospects, support outreach, participate in demos, and help expand our client base across India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads
  • Support outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Join sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM records and create basic reports
  • Coordinate internally to support client interactions
  • Shadow senior sales members to learn strategy and positioning

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate with interest in B2B sales & SaaS
  • Excellent communication and confident presence
  • Proactive, quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional and well-presented with strong rapport‑building ability
  • Energetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setup
  • Available to work from office at least 3 days a week
