Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Factory Manager located in Chennai. The Furniture Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, quality assurance checks, and management of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities will include ensuring that production schedules are met, maintaining the quality of products, and optimizing operational efficiency. The manager will also be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with other departments as needed to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Strong skills in Quality Control and maintaining process standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Working knowledge of equipment and safety standards in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, business administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
