Job Title : Factory Manager

Location : Kalol, Ahmedabad

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology)

Experience : 10-15 years, preferably in the Food Industry

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments
• Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and submit production reports to management
• Foster employee engagement and maintain cordial relations
• Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections
