a passionate technology practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors / masters degree in Computer Science or related field

9+ years and above of relevant industry experience with a demonstrable showcase of building performant and scalable B2B and B2C software products

lead and participate in software architecture, automation, and implementation activities, ensuring successful outcomes and all requirements met

team management, monitoring, reporting, and proper and timely project execution

assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling and staffing monitor workflow and risks; play a leadership role in mitigating risks and removing obstacles

mentor junior and mid-level engineers

stay on the leading edge of development practices. Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies

open minded to take up any challenge, research, and provide solutions

scale the engineering team by active involvement in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring activities

a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact of engineering outcomes in verbal and visual presentation

collaborate with product and design teams for an accurate implementation of the envisioned ideas keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, scalability, adaptability, and accessibility

proficient in developing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills

strong proficiency in JS Framework (React, Vue, or / and Angular)

proficiency in Backed Technologies (Python, Django, Fast API) Node JS

Must have the basic knowledge of Cloud ( AWS, Azure, GCP)

good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive UI development

development experience in Micro services using Node.js and TypeScript is plus

experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework, and Redis is plus

knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.

familiar with SDLC methodologies like SCRUM, AGILE

be conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience technology

trends and its mindful application in your product engineering solutions

have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross-

functional teams, in an agile environment

excellent communication, teamwork, and inter-personal skills

active interest and demonstrated experience in thought leadership (events, conferences, webinars, papers, blogs, etc.) will be a big plus.
