IT Business Consultant BI (Business Intelligence)

Responsibilities

• Provide BI (Business Intelligence) consultation to Clariant businesses by analyzing cases, identifying requirements via ServiceNow, and supporting projects across development cycles. Align priorities with team leads to meet business needs.
• Support applications by resolving incidents, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing technical specs. Plan, design, and implement BW (Business Warehouse), HANA (High-performance Analytics Appliance) native, and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) solutions.
• Manage service orders and projects by assessing new business requirements and ensuring alignment with IT standards. Collaborate with requestors and project managers while adhering to policies and improving processes.
• Oversee documentation and training, prepare relevant materials, and ensure professional skills are up-to-date.
