Job Description :

Responsibilities range based on project type and Client requirements, and could include :

Leading in the development of economic strategies for regional / urban / industrial plans - using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods.

Conducting business cases, feasibility studies and economic impact assessments.

Coordinating and liaising with other disciplines in project delivery.

Ensuring compliance with all quality assurance / control requirements in line with internal processes.

Contributing to project proposals and other business development activities as required.

Travelling for Client meetings / workshops as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Strong first degree in relevant discipline (Economics, Urban and Regional Planning, Real Estate Development or similar).

Post graduate qualification (MSc. or MBA) an advantage.

At least 8 years of relevant consulting or project development experience

Team player, strong communication skills, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, able to manage time and resources and work under tight timeframes.

Communication : Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Analytical Skills : Demonstrable qualitative and quantitative abilities to inform strongly evidenced recommendations and advice

Technical Skills : Good technical capabilities and experience in providing professional economic advice across a range of projects

Resource Management : Experience in managing time and resources to meet project deadlines within budget

Management / Leadership : Demonstrable experience in leading teams in the delivery of projects
