Job description :
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for a Dimaond manufacturing company situated at Surat to manage their Administration Team for HR functions including recruitment, performance management, workload analysis, leave management, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will focus on peformance evaluation, workoad analysis and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
- Partner with department heads on staffing needs
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management systemsFacilitate annual performance reviews and goal settingCoach managers on performance management techniquesDevelop employee development programsAddress performance issues and implement corrective actionsCreate recognition and rewards programsWorkload Review and Analysis
Conduct workload assessments across departmentsAnalyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiencyRecommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysisMonitor employee productivity and satisfactionImplement workforce planning strategiesDevelop metrics to track workload distributionLeave Management
Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA)Ensure compliance with leave regulationsProcess leave requests and maintain documentationCoordinate coverage during employee absencesUpdate leave policies as neededGenerate leave utilization reportsGeneral HR Functions

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree preferredHR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferredExperience
5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in management_ (Must) _Experience in talent acquisition and performance managementKnowledge of employment law and complianceExperience with HRIS systemsTechnical Skills (Preffeed)
