In this role you will :

Software support engineers with Actabl provide technical expertise to escalated support issues. They will use various tools to diagnose challenges and use their knowledge to provide solutions to both internal and external customers. Collaborating with different teams is also essential

Work Environment :

This is a remote position and will be located in India. The role requires a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to ensure productivity and effective communication.

Work Hours : While the position offers flexibility, employees are expected to be available during core business hours to ensure collaboration with team members and stakeholders. This position may require Saturday and / or Sunday daytime hours.
