Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement responsive web designs using Tailwind CSS, React, and Svelte.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to create and optimize marketing web pages.
  • Ensure that web pages are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
  • Conduct page-wise optimization, including analyzing and improving loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and enhance website performance.
  • Implement best practices for web design and development, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.
  • Write reusable and maintainable React components.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website design and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies, particularly in responsive design and CSS frameworks.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.
  • Strong experience with React and building dynamic, component-based user interfaces.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, Clarity).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks / libraries beyond React, like Next.js .
  • Experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of UX / UI design principles and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of server-side languages or frameworks.
