Job Summary :

We are seeking a Workday Specialist with strong expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Performance Management to join our HR Technology team . This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing support of these modules, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee experience, and enabling effective talent and performance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, test, and maintain Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Performance Management modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Talent stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Design and configure absence plans, time-off policies, accruals, eligibility rules, and leave processes.
• Manage performance management configuration, including goal setting, feedback, talent reviews, and annual performance cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely fixes.
• Support integrations with payroll, talent systems, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide functional expertise, end-user support, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with global HR Technology teams to drive process consistency, innovation, and best practices.
