Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with AGEL's renewable energy project goals and long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
  • Oversee post-order management processes to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders for solar and wind farm projects.
  • Manage supplier / vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain operations with construction schedules for ongoing projects.
  • Optimize inventory management and logistics to support AGEL's operational portfolio of projects.
  • Deploy advanced technologies and analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with AGEL's sustainability standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity and resilience.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability in supply chain operations.
  • Provide strategic insights and reports to the CEO, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Operations or Supply Chain preferred

    • Required Experience

  • Proven expertise in supply chain management within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in post-order management, order execution, and supplier / vendor management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale supply chain operations for utility-scale projects.
