Job Location : Chennai (Only)

Experience required : 8-12 Yrs

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues.

Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass.

Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure.

Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives.

Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines.

Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues.

Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired / wireless integration problems.

Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement.

Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols.

Requirements :

Expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central.

Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Aruba certifications (ACSP, ACMP, ACCP) preferred.
